HOFNOV provides healing-centered, culturally grounded programs that support youth ages 12–26. Our services focus on mentorship, violence prevention, leadership development, and opportunities that help youth build their future.
Our outreach team maintains a consistent presence in the community, offering:

We meet youth where they are and help them move toward stability and safer choices.
Workshops and hands-on sessions that build:

Youth learn to lead from within and build a healthy sense of identity.
A unique 14-week youth entrepreneurship program where participants learn:
business planning
branding
product creation
financial literacy
customer service
marketing basics
The program ends with a community vendor fair where youth sell their products and keep 100% of the proceeds.
Healing experiences include:
fishing trips
outdoor activities
mentorship circles
restorative workshops
community-building events
These experiences reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and build resilience.
Gender-responsive diversion and support for girls and gender-expansive youth ages 14–24.
Services include:
case management
safety planning
systems navigation
CSEC-informed support
crisis intervention
connections to housing, mental health, and stability resources
